摘要

摘要: 打造森林“粮库”是端稳中国饭碗、构建多元化食物供给体系的有效手段。充分挖掘森林的“粮库”潜力需从森林食品产业入手，站在大食物观的角度讨论其发展问题。文中在概述中国森林食品开发潜力、供给特点、发展要求的基础上，对森林食品产业发展进行再认识，进而明晰其面临的新机遇、新挑战、新要求；在此基础上提出加强森林食品产业顶层设计、推进森林食品产业规模化建设、构建森林食品产业发展现代化格局3个方面的建议，以期为促进中国森林食品产业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: Creating a forest-based “food bank” is an effective means to ensure food security and build a diversified food supply system. To fully tap the potential of forest as food bank, it is necessary to discuss the development issues about China’s forest food industry from the perspective of the Greater Food Approach. By summarizing the potential, supply characteristics and development requirements of forest food development in China, this paper captures the development of the forest food industry, and then clarifies new opportunities, new challenges, and new requirements that the industry has. Then, it puts forward the suggestions for forest food industry development, i.e., strengthening the top-level design, promoting the scale construction, and building a modern pattern of development, in order to provide references for the high-quality development of China’s forest food industry.
