      我国是一个洪涝灾害比较严重的国家。土壤水分过多会对许多植物造成危害,导致其成活率下降,生产力降低;而耐淹植物在淹水环境下能够产生不同的响应以适应淹水胁迫,包括在生长、形态及解剖结构上产生明显变化,在呼吸代谢、光合作用、抗氧化系统和内源激素等方面也发生相应变化。文中从植物形态学、生理学、生物化学和分子生物学等方面阐述植物对淹水胁迫的响应机制,以期对植物抗性研究和农林业生产管理提供参考。
英文摘要:
      China is a country which often suffers severe floodings. High water content in soil causes damages to many plants, leading to the decreased survival rate and lower productivity. However, waterlogging resistance plants can adapt to the submerged condition and show the evident changes in growth, morphology and anatomy in their response to the waterlogging stress. At the same time, their physiological and biochemical characteristics such as respiration metabolism, photosynthesis, antioxidant system and endogenous hormone of waterlogging resistance species are also changed. This paper reviewed the response mechanisms of plants to the waterlogging stress in terms of plant morphology, physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology. We hope to provide a reference for the research on the waterlogging resistance mechanism of plants and the production and management of agriculture and forest in the future.
