Forest Certification's Promotion for Development of World's Private Forest and China's Non-Public Forest

摘要: 世界上绝大部分森林是私有林, 而随着我国集体林权改革的深入和国家政策的支持, 我国非公有制林业发展迅速。森林认证对促进世界私有林和我国非公有制林业的发展和可持续经营发挥了重要作用。在分析世界私有林和我国非公有制林业认证发展现状、模式和作用的基础上, 对如何推动我国非公有制林业认证提出了意见与建议。Abstract: Most of the forests in the world are private.With the development of the forestland tenure reform and the support of national forestry policy, non-public forests have been increasing very quickly in China.Forest certification has played an important role in promoting the development and sustainable management of private forests in the world and non-public forests in China.The status, types and roles of the certification of world's private forest and China's non-public forest were analyzed, and opinions and suggestions on how to promote non-pubic forest's certification in China were made.
