Forester System in Germany

摘要: 介绍了德国的林业管理体系、林务官制度的发展简史、林务官的主要权利和职责、选拔和考核制度、薪酬福利和培训制度、工作环境以及社会地位, 最后对德国林务官制度的主要优点进行了总结和分析。

Abstract: This paper introduced the forest management system, brief history of forester system, the forester's rights and responsibilities, the selection and appraisal system, wages and benefits system, training system, as well as the work conditions and social status in Germany.At last, the advantages of the forester system were analyzed and summarized.
